Sunha Cha counsels a broad range of healthcare and life sciences clients on prescription drug price reporting and transparency and market access issues. Her clients include biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.
Sunha advises on Medicaid, Medicare Part B, Department of Veterans Affairs, and 340B Program requirements, as well as state drug price reporting laws. Sunha also assists clients with managed markets issues, including reviewing customer discount and service fee arrangements and advising on related price reporting and compliance issues.
Sunha received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and Master of Laws from Fordham University School of Law. Sunha earned her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and Physiology from the University of Toronto.
