Dorothy Chen focuses her practice on a range of life sciences and healthcare matters. She counsels clients on regulatory, compliance, transactional, and legislative issues.
Dorothy graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as a Notes & Comments Editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law. Prior to law school, she worked as a healthcare consultant, advising federal agencies, hospitals and health systems, as well as professional associations and medical academic centers. She received her Master of Public Health from the Yale School of Public Health, and her Bachelor of Science from the Loyola University Maryland.
