Colleen M. Couture

Colleen Couture is a Corporate & Finance associate in the Washington, D.C. office. Colleen advises clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital transactions, and corporate governance. She has experience representing private equity sponsors and corporate clients on a variety of transactions across a diverse set of industries including digital marketing, healthcare, mechanical services, medical technology, and financial services.

Before and during law school, Colleen worked seasonally for a Chicago-based Major League Baseball team in In-Game Operations, where she helped put on "The Greatest Show in Baseball".
