Toni Dunkley represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions across the United States. Her practice includes single and multisite acquisitions and dispositions of industrial, land, multi-family, hotels, data centers, retail, and mixed-used projects. She also represents tenants, landlords, and developers in leasing transactions. Toni’s pro bono practice focuses on immigration, nonprofit organizations, and affordable housing.

Prior to joining the firm, Toni worked as a Student Attorney for the Howard Law Fair Housing Clinic, representing tenants in the Landlord Tenant Branch of the D.C. Superior Court. Toni was the Executive Solicitations and Submissions Editor on the Howard Law Journal.
