Jessica Gilbert's practice focuses on regulatory compliance and enforcement concerning the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and related consumer product safety litigation. Jessica's clients include online marketplaces, brick-and-mortar retailers, importers, manufacturers, distributors, and private labelers. Recently, she has assisted companies assess their compliance with CPSC regulations, determine whether to notify CPSC of potential safety/non-compliance issues, avoid unnecessary recalls, negotiate corrective action plans with the CPSC and Profeco in Mexico, and defend against penalty investigations and enforcement actions.
