Lauren Giordani

Lauren Giordani serves as the Chief Practice Innovation Officer at Arnold & Porter and is responsible for bringing a framework and formalized approach to the firm's innovation strategy. She is a member of the firm's Management Committee and works closely with firm and practice leadership to develop and drive strategies to deliver increased value for our clients.

Lauren leads the firm's innovation and practice management operations to drive initiatives to enhance client service, improve efficiency and legal service delivery. With an emphasis on people and process, Lauren and her team collaborate across the firm's business services to create tailored solutions for the firm's clients.

Lauren has been with the firm for over a decade and previously served as the Director of Practice Management. She has nearly two decades of experience building and leading teams. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at other Am Law 100 firms in business development and professional support capacities.

Outside of the legal industry, Lauren has extensive experience in non-profit fundraising and development and has held various leadership roles within the New York Junior League. She was honored in 2021 with the Outstanding Volunteer Award.
