Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr.

Judge Joseph A. Greenaway is a distinguished jurist who brings a unique breadth and depth of experience to the practice of law. In addition to his thirteen years as a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and an equally long tenure on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, Judge Greenaway served earlier in his career as an Assistant U.S. Attorney (including as Chief of Narcotics); as in-house counsel at Johnson & Johnson; and in private practice at a New York-based law firm.

Judge Greenaway’s lengthy term as a highly regarded judge at the trial and appellate level has given him a deep understanding of all aspects of litigation and broad exposure to the full array of matters that come before the federal courts. As a result, he brings unmatched experience to his representation of clients facing or involved in every phase of complex commercial and criminal litigation.
