Kexi Jin's practice involves advising public and private companies on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and SEC reporting and compliance. She is a member of Arnold & Porter's ACCORD affinity group for racially diverse lawyers and is active in the firm's pro bono practice ranging from asylum cases to SNAP application for low-income citizens, and advising small businesses on corporate governance and contract issues.
Kexi earned her J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where she served as a research assistant and a teaching assistant. During law school, she also served as the president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
Kexi is fluent in Mandarin.
