Diana Reiter represents clients in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts. Her practice focuses on mass tort, environmental, and consumer protection matters, including government enforcement suits, class actions, and individual actions. She also has experience representing clients in white collar investigations. Diana has extensive experience representing clients in the energy, pharmaceutical, consumer products, and financial services industries.

In addition to her commercial matters, Diana maintains a robust pro bono practice, including representing migrant families separated at the border by the U.S. government in a Federal Tort Claims Act suit and litigating on behalf of victims of gun violence.

Prior to joining the firm, Diana served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul G. Gardephe of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She also received an Equal Justice Works fellowship, through which she spent two years representing victims of domestic violence at South Brooklyn Legal Services.
