Sheena Thomas is an accomplished privacy and cybersecurity lawyer with experience supporting global data protection programs.
Before she joined Arnold & Porter, Sheena served as Managing Counsel, Privacy & Cybersecurity Legal at Adobe Inc., where she oversaw advising teams on student and children’s privacy risks, as well as global regulatory requirements and data strategy. Sheena’s extensive experience also includes serving as Counsel at Epic Games, where she was responsible for providing strategic guidance to internal stakeholders regarding global data protection issues. She also advised on product and contract reviews related to privacy and cybersecurity.
Prior to her corporate roles, Sheena was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm and focused on privacy, cybersecurity, and e-commerce issues. While in private practice, she conducted risk assessments of client data security programs; advised clients during all phases of domestic and international security incident response; and helped clients navigate the evolving privacy and cybersecurity regulatory landscape.
