Randi Weiss serves as Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer at Arnold & Porter. She leads the firm’s global Marketing department and oversees strategic initiatives that deepen client engagement and support the firm's growth. Randi is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s business development, market intelligence, digital marketing and social media, events, marketing communications, and media relations functions.
Randi brings three decades of extensive experience in legal and professional services marketing. Prior to becoming Chief, Randi was a trusted advisor directing and managing business development activities for many of the firm’s regulatory and litigation practices.
Before joining Arnold & Porter, Randi was the Regional Marketing & Business Development Manager supporting diverse practices at an AmLaw 200 law firm. She also was a marketing manager for multiple trade associations.
