Arnold & Porter’s False Claims Act Investigations & Defense practice maintained its Band 1 ranking in the Nationwide: False Claims Act category for its strength across the full spectrum of FCA litigation, investigations, and disclosure work, including intervened and non-intervened qui tam actions.
