‘Back to Basics’: Judah Prero Shares Insights on Future EPA Rulemaking in Chemical Watch

Chemical Watch recently spoke with Environmental counsel Judah Prero about the likelihood of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency proposing a rule to restrict the use of the chemical 6PPD in tire manufacturing.

While a new rule is possible, the incoming Trump administration has stated it will take a “back to basics” EPA regulatory approach, Prero said, noting that the agency may leave any action on 6PPD up to the states.
