Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer Advises American Securities in $875 Million Sale of SeaStar Solutions to Dometic Group

Arnold & Porter advised longtime private equity client American Securities in the sale of SeaStar Solutions, a global provider of technology and system integration for the marine industry, to Swedish manufacturer Dometic Group for a cash purchase price of $875 million. The transaction is expected to close in late 2017 and is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
