Arnold & Porter Advises Better HoldCo on its Acquisition of UK-Based Digital Mortgage Broker Trussle

Arnold & Porter advised Better HoldCo Inc., a US-based digital homeownership platform, in its acquisition of the UK-based digital mortgage and insurance broker Trussle. The acquisition was signed on July 9, with closing subject to satisfaction of a regulatory condition.

The acquisition marks Better’s first overseas expansion and will allow Better to enter the £1.5 trillion UK mortgage market.
