Global Arbitration Review Ranks Arnold & Porter Among Top 30 Firms in the World in International Arbitration

The London-based Global Arbitration Review (GAR) included Arnold & Porter in its 2021 edition of the annual "GAR 30" and "GAR 100," which are lists of the world's top 30 and 100 leading international arbitration practices, respectively. An accompanying report published by GAR describes the work performed by international arbitration practices worldwide and offers insights into what keeps their practices in demand.

In the report, GAR recognized Arnold & Porter's continuing excellence in the field, including the firm's pending counsel workload involving claims worth billions of dollars and its track record of success. The publication highlighted that on behalf of sovereign States, Arnold & Porter has "had a longer winning streak in investment arbitrations" than any other firm ranked in the 2021 GAR 100. The firm has achieved 41 consecutive positive results in such arbitrations.
