BTI Consulting Group Names Five Arnold & Porter Attorneys as 2023 'BTI Client Service All-Stars'
BTI Consulting Group (BTI) recently named five Arnold & Porter attorneys to its 2023 list of Client Service All-Stars. The 22nd annual edition of the list is "the gold standard" used to identify attorneys delivering "the absolute best levels of client service." The list is a result of interviews with over 350 "top legal decision makers at large organizations with $700 million or more in revenue" as part of BTI's ongoing Annual Survey of General Counsel.
The attorneys on BTI's list "continue to step up client service to world-class levels as they face the most uncertainty they have seen in their careers — along with some of the most complex and novel issues seen in a generation," according to the BTI Client Service All-Stars report.
The following Arnold & Porter attorneys were included in BTI's 2023 list:
- Catherine A. Brandon—Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory
- Mark D. Colley—Government Contracts; Commercial Litigation
- Ariane M. Horn—Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory
- Samuel Lonergan—Antitrust/Competition
- Daphne O’Connor—Product Liability Litigation
Daphne O'Connor, co-chair of the Arnold & Porter's Product Liability Litigation practice group, also was named a 2023 BTI All-Star MVP. According to BTI, Daphne's clients described her as a "strategist" and someone who is "always on top of every detail" and "never lets anything drop."
Partner Catherine Brandon was praised by a client as their "go-to subject matter expert," while partner Ariane Horn was described by a client as "business first and she always provides a definitive response," according to the 2023 Client Service All-Stars list.
The guide also noted that senior counsel Mark Colley's "legal and interpersonal skills get us great results," according to a client, and partner Samuel Lonergan was lauded as a "true partner to our company" by a client.
