Daniel Asimow Elected 2025 President of Association of Business Trial Lawyers

San Francisco-based Antitrust/Competition partner Dan Asimow was elected 2025 President of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL), Northern California. Founded in 1973, the ABTL is dedicated to promoting dialogue between California litigators and judges on pertinent business litigation issues. Each of the ABTL’s chapters provide legal education programs that connect both the bench and the bar. The ABTL also hosts annual seminars which have featured keynote speakers from the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the California Supreme Court.

Asimow, based in Arnold & Porter’s San Francisco office, focuses his practice on representing companies in antitrust and other complex disputes. He served as Vice President of the ABTL’s Northern California chapter in 2024. Earlier this month, Asimow was named to Daily Journal's 2024 “Top Antitrust Lawyers” report, which annually profiles the top antitrust lawyers in California.
