Five Arnold & Porter Lawyers Named to Law360’s 2025 Editorial Advisory Boards

Five Arnold & Porter lawyers were recently named to Law360’s 2025 Editorial Advisory Boards in the areas of Aerospace & Defense, Government Contracts, Healthcare, International Arbitration, and Product Liability.

Law360’s Editorial Advisory Boards provide feedback on its coverage and produce expert insight on how to shape the publication’s future coverage.

The following lawyers were named to the publication’s 2025 Editorial Advisory Boards:

  • Deborah Curtis was named to Law360’s Aerospace & Defense Editorial Board. Curtis, a partner in Arnold & Porter’s White Collar Defense & Investigations practice group, is a former Deputy General Counsel for Litigation and Investigations at the CIA and top national security prosecutor. Her senior executive leadership experience spans several agencies, including CIA, the Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), and the Department of Justice (DOJ). Deborah also served in the U.S. Air Force as an Associate Deputy General Counsel for National Security and Military Affairs where she advised on counterintelligence and security issues impacting cleared defense contractors. An accomplished trial lawyer, Curtis is most often recognized for her expertise and creativity in solving seemingly insurmountable classified disputes. 
  • Kabir Duggal was named to Law360’s International Arbitration Editorial Board. Duggal, a senior international arbitration advisor in the firm’s International Arbitration practice group, focuses his practice on international investment arbitration, international commercial arbitration, and public international law matters, serving as arbitrator, mediator, expert, and counsel. He is also an adjunct Professor at Columbia Law School and has spoken at 300 conferences and published 50 books and articles. Duggal is recognized as a “Global Elite Thought Leader” in International Arbitration by Lexology and is ranked as a Chartered Arbitrator, which is the highest ranking for arbitrators globally. 
  • Kristen Ittig was named to Law360’s Government Contracts Editorial Board. Ittig, a partner in the firm’s Government Contracts practice group, counsels and represents clients in government contracts matters, including compliance counseling, bid protests, investigations, audits and self-disclosures, claims and disputes, terminations, and other issues impacting government contractors and federal grantees. She advises companies on compliance obligations relating to federal contracts and grants, and assists companies in designing and implementing effective compliance programs. 
  • Paige Sharpe was named to Law360’s Product Liability Editorial Board. Sharpe, a partner in the firm’s Product Liability Litigation practice group, focuses on complex commercial litigation, primarily mass torts and product liability actions involving prescription drugs and consumer products. She represents major U.S. companies in defending against personal injury claims in state and federal court and at both trial court and appellate court levels, and she advises clients on their response to government investigations. Sharpe also has defended companies in class action litigations.
  • Allison Shuren was named to Law360’s Healthcare Editorial Board. Shuren, co-chair of Arnold & Porter’s Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory practice group, advises a wide range of healthcare and life science clients on regulatory, compliance, and enforcement. A primary focus of her practice is compliance with health regulatory requirements, especially the healthcare fraud and abuse laws. Shuren counsels on complex referral arrangements as well as sales and marketing programs, including discounts and rebates. She also represents clients in government investigations and qui tam actions involving False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Physician Self-Referral Law, and health care fraud allegations.
