CHIPS Act

Our semiconductor and legislative and public policy groups have followed the passage of the CHIPS Act from its conceptual policy origins to the enactment of the legislation, and throughout the Commerce Department’s implementation of the program. Throughout this time, we have advised clients in the semiconductor ecosystem on all aspects of federal and state initiatives to boost the domestic semiconductor industry, including the CHIPS Act. We provide strategic advice including lobbying, evaluation of funding opportunities, and grant application development and execution.
