Kathryn has handled U.S. hotel transactions worth several billion dollars, including acquisitions and dispositions, restructurings, financings, and management arrangements. She also regularly advises clients in connection with other classes of real estate, from office and multifamily properties to mixed-use assets to development land sales.

  • Private family office in connection with DIP financing and later sale of luxury boutique hotel in Hawaii.
