Arnold & Porter Advises RLS Partners in Acquisition of Premier Refrigerated Warehouse

Arnold & Porter advised RLS Partners LLC, an affiliate of RLS Logistics, in its acquisition of Premier Refrigerated Warehouse, a cold storage logistics company based in Fort Worth, Texas. This is the latest acquisition in RLS Partners’ strategy to create a national platform of family-owned, temperature-controlled supply chain solutions providers. The acquisition closed on September 20, 2021.

The addition of Premier Refrigerated Warehouse, which will be known as RLS Premier going forward, will give frozen and refrigerated food manufacturers in the Texas Triangle Region, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and other southern states access to the RLS network.

The Arnold & Porter team was led by partner Stephen Koval, who co-heads the firm’s Private Equity practice.
