Arnold & Porter Advises JHT Holdings in Sale to TFI International

Arnold & Porter represented JHT Holdings (JHT), a leading provider of services for Class 6-8 truck manufacturers in North America, in its sale to TFI International (TFI), a multi-national company in the logistics and transportation sector.

Founded in 1933 and based in Wisconsin, JHT operates a terminal network of 25 facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada. It utilizes patented decking equipment and a network of primary and independent drivers for an innovative asset-light approach involving driving customers' new trucks to their destinations.

With annual revenues exceeding $500 million, JHT's advanced business model and regional footprint are expected to enhance TFI's position as a North American leader in transportation and logistics, and the transaction will foster growth and innovation in the industry.
