Arnold & Porter's Government Contracts group, which was named to the list for the fifth time, was recognized for an outstanding year that included its representation of Airbus in final agreements between US, French, and UK Authorities and its successful representation of Fluor Corporation, a case that has far-reaching ramifications for government contractors making mandatory disclosures to the US government.

The firm's Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory group was recognized for its stellar work advising life science companies on the novel issues arising from the development of COVID-19 vaccines, drugs, medical devices, and diagnostics. This work included advising AstraZeneca in agreements for funding and global distribution of University of Oxford's potential COVID-19 vaccine.
